Travis CI: openPMD Slipped Out (#1223)
* Travis CI: openPMD Slipped Out
Somehow the openPMD output compile tests slipped out in Travis-CI,
probably due to a string-comparison mismatch. This fixes that.
* Travis: Check if Cartesian has noMPI
Check if this still fails or if we sorted the tests
differently now.
* openPMD: increase compile speed
No need to include `openPMD.hpp` in various translation units for
helper functionality.
