New user input for grid type (collocated, staggered, hybrid) (#3683)
* Introduce `warpx.grid_type` parameter
* Replace `or` with `||`
* Update examples with new user input syntax
* Fix `if` condition

* More changes:
- set default algo parameters with hybrid grid
