* Remove redundant hydration scripts
* Prebuild the island JS
* Fix build
* Updates to tests
* Update more references
* Custom element test now has two classic scripts
* Account for non-default exports
* Restructure hydration directives
* Move nested logic into the island component
* Remove try/catch
