`isort`: AMReX, WarpX, etc. as First Party (#3307)
* `isort`: AMReX, WarpX, etc. as First Party
Mark the `amrex` and `pywarpx`, `picmistandard`, ... imports as first
party, so that they do not change if run locally or remotely pre/post
install.
