Hotfix builds are now triggered via commit named `hotfix`
1. https://travis-ci.org/sindresorhus/refined-github
2. "More options" dropdown
3. "Trigger build"
4. Enter "hotfix" in the commit message
The change was made because a `hotfix` tag persisted in some fork and I keep pulling and pushing it, causing a new release on that old tag
