DPC++: Re-Enable with Work-around (#1556)
* DPC++: Re-Enable with Work-around
My former colleagues shared a work-around that we can use to
overwrite the compiler identification:

This regression will also be fixed in CMake 3.19.2
* AMReX: Try relaxed DPCPP+MPI Check
* Remove work-around for AMReX check
